1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Koinevo platform ("Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and admin dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including tenant administrators, church members, content creators, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Koinevo provides a white-label platform for churches, ministries, and Christian content creators that includes:

  • Custom-branded mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • Admin dashboard for content and member management
  • Content management tools (devotionals, articles, media, events)
  • Integrated digital giving and payment processing
  • Push notifications and member engagement tools
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Koinevo offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Free Trial: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. No credit card is required to start a free trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Koinevo a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Koinevo Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Koinevo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Tenant Data

Each tenant (church, ministry, or organization) maintains ownership of their data within the platform. Koinevo acts as a data processor on behalf of tenants. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing access to their organization's data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Digital Giving and Transactions

The Service includes integrated digital giving features. Transaction processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Koinevo is not responsible for payment processing errors, chargebacks, or disputes between donors and organizations. Standard processing fees apply as outlined in your subscription plan.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koinevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Koinevo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
